Harry T. Hartzell

Marion Road, Bucyrus, died at 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, 1969, in Bucyrus Community hospital. His death resulted from injuries he recieved when he fell on the ice Tuesday morning, Jan. 7.

A stock broker in Bucyrus for the past 20 years, Mr. Hartzell formerly was employed by the Shunk Manufacturing Co. in that city. He had been a resident of Bucyrus since 1940.

Born in Defiance Jan. 13, 1910, Mr. Hartzell was a son of Thomas and Rosalie (Reiniche) Hartzell. His father is deceased, but his mother survives and now lives in Tiffin. He married Eileen Spiegel Sept. 20, 1942, and she also survives, as do a son Richard, Norwalk; a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Julie) Bish, Tiffin, six grandchildren, three brothers, Victor, Defiance; Eugene, Ypsilanti, Mich.; Robert, Tiffin; and three sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Mary Louise) Elchert, Mrs. Paul (Ellen) Elchert, and Mrs. Walter (Regina) Beat, all of Tiffin. One brother is deceased.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Trinity Catholic church in Bucyrus with the Rev, Timothy Downey officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery, Bucyrus. Friends may call at the Munz-Pirnstill funeral home in Bucyrus Tuesday evening, and the rosary will be recited there at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
